Dr. Ronald Ackerman attended medical school at Medical Universidad de Guadalajara and completed the Fifth Pathway Program at S.U.N.Y School of Medicine. He continued his focus of Obstetrics and Gynecology with a residency at Long Island Jewish Medical Center. He is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, and holds certification from Florida State Board of Medicine, American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, American Health Consultants, CITI Course in the Protection of Human Research Subjects, Boehringer Ingelheim, GlaxoSmithKline GCP and the Investigator Responsibilities, Upsher Smith, Adv Minimally Invasive Gynecology Worldwide/AAGL, Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative, Restorative Institutional Training Initiative, Risks and Safety Issues in Ambulatory Care, NSU College of Nursing APRN Preceptorship, and Florida Medical Association .
Dr. Ackerman has participated in over 160 research studies published in over 50 medical journals. He has worked at Advanced Women’s Healthcare in West Palm Beach currently works at Comprehensive Clinical Trials and Advanced Women’s OBGYN Associates in West Palm Beat.
His specialized skills in Obstetrics and Gynecology are applied to Women’s Health studies at VitaLink. Dr. Ackerman primarily works out of our West Palm Beach research facility.
